BUYER AND SELLER AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY:
New Moon Golden Retrievers, herein referred to as the Seller, will
have a licensed Veterinarian thoroughly examine the puppy prior to
shipping. The puppy will be shipped only if in good health, shots
current. Applicable records will be included with puppy at the time
of sale. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of
any communicable diseases.
Seller has made every possible effort to breed only healthy, top
quality Golden Retrievers. Puppies parents have all health
clearances concerning the main illnesses affecting the breed,
including hip dysplasia. This is an illness that is not just
genetic, but also dependent on the way the puppy is raised:
top diet and moderate exercise are key to ensure healthy joints and
bones. Seller guarantees the puppy to be free of severe, crippling
hip dysplasia for 24 months of age. If puppy develops crippling hip
dysplasia within this time the Seller will replace the puppy for
another of similar breeding as soon as one becomes available.
Veterinarian proof (x-rays) must accompany claim and puppy must be
returned. If found that the puppy has signs of abuse or neglect the
guarantee is null. Refer to our website's Health Recommendations for
guidelines on "top diet and moderate exercise". This guarantee is
not redeemable in cash. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Buyer is required to provide proper care for the puppy, including
food appropriate to age and breed, proper shelter from heat and
cold, limited exercise (until 12 months) and appropriate
veterinarian services as necessary. Appropriate veterinarian care
includes, but is not limited to, puppy vaccines as outlined on our
website, heartworm preventative if necessary in the area and control
of parasites/worms. Please refer to our page Health Recommendations
for more information. This page will also be included with puppy's
records.
It is strongly recommended to do a preliminary hip x-ray done
between 6-12 months and make adjustments regarding diet or exercise
as needed to ensure best development.
Seller guarantees to have proper required documentation for
registering the puppy with AKC. Buyer agrees not to breed
females prior to having OFA or Pennhip healthy ratings (Good or better).
If the puppy is bred prior to receiving OFA certification the seller
will not guarantee hips, regardless of age.
BUYER and SELLER agree that there are no other warranties expressed
or implied other then those stated here.
